QWOLBER® .........increased performance and productivity

QWOLBER® is a product group based on a wide range of fluorinated materials. QWOLBER® fluorinated materials exhibit almost total chemical resistance, whilst having unique physical properties.

Fluids and Oils - QWOLBER® low friction fluids range from materials operating from minus 90°C, through to fluids capable of withstanding 350°C+ with very low surface tension and evaporation rates.

Dry Lubricants - QWOLBER® dry lubricants are high grade, low molecular weight fluorinated solids with a high surface area. They can be air dried, or melt coated into transparent, low friction films. Their unique structure and physical properties impart exceptional performance as dry lubricants, low friction coatings, mould release agents and grease thickeners. QWOLBER® dry lubricants have an exceptionally wide thermal range, operating from cryogenic temperatures up to 260°C.

Greases and pastes - QWOLBER® greases and pastes are made from blends of fluorinated oils and solids. QWOLBER® high performance greases and pastes range from materials operating from minus 90°C, through to greases capable of withstanding constant temperatures of 350°C+

Advanced anti-squeak coatings
A range of dry films, fluid coatings and greases, for the elimination of squeaks and creaks. Widely used in the automotive industry to eliminate unwanted noise problems

Clean room and high vacuum lubricants
Low vapour pressure lubricants for low outgassing/contamination and maximum durability in these demanding environments. Products available with vapour pressures as low as 4 x 10-15 Torr @20°C.

Lubricants for harsh chemical environments
QWOLBER lubricants are resistant to aggressive chemicals, acids and alkalis. Unlike conventional lubricants they will not react or degrade.

QWOLBER® 苛沃博® 氟素油清澈/无色, 氟素脂白色/膏状, QWOLBER perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants are designed for applications that require: wide temperature serviceability (-90 to +310C), low volatility, fuel and chemical resistance, nonflammability and/or compatibility with plastics and elastomers. Unlike any other line of fluorinated lubricants, the QWOLBERfamily includes all types of PFPE oils - a distinct advantage to the design engineer who needs a high-performance lubricant. Although each PFPE oil is a polymer composed of carbon, fluorine and oxygen atoms, the chemical structure of each oil varies as a result of the base materials and polymerisation processes used by the different PFPE manufacturers.
